Designed as a long-term family home, Kongle reflects Velvære's commitment to creating healthier, more comfortable living environments. A high-performance building envelope, a pond-based geothermal heating and cooling system, radiant floors, and continuous fresh-air ventilation work together to support year-round thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.
